Schedule a private, professional consultation with Tamara to discuss issues that are concerning you, and ways to help prevent and heal them. Not sure what to expect from an Herbal Consultation? We will start by addressing your concerns and questions regarding any health issues that are currently causing you problems. We will cover things like your current lifestyle (diet, activity level, medications you are taking, etc), as well as ways that you can help improve your health using natural practices and ingredients. Tamara will provide you with a wealth of information and suggestions to help you get started on your journey into natural health. You will receive a written copy of all the things discussed via e-mail within 24 hours of your consultation. When you book a consultation it is for a 60 minute block of time devoted entirely to you and your questions/concerns. Consultations can be done in person, via messaging, or through video chat. Of course, you will get the most for your time and money when the consultation is in person, but I will gladly meet however you feel the most comfortable. Please be sure to fill out the questionnaire that will be sent via e-mail once you have scheduled the date of your consultation.
